The Director of the Institute for Rural Development attended the Wilton Park International Policy Conference (WP818) “Ukraine: a Euro-Atlantic Vocation?” held on 7 - 10 September in West Sussex, UK.
The Conference was dedicated to the Ukraine – Euro- Atlantic integration.
Conference agenda included the following discussions:
• Ukraine in the world
• Building parliamentary democracy
• Ukraine and NATO
• Ukraine and Europe
• Relations with Russia and CIS
• Private sector development in Ukraine
• Economy of Ukraine.
The Conference brought together EC and NATO officials as well as policy makers and opinion leaders from UK, USA, Germany, Finland, Russian Federation, Ukraine and other countries.
