The Institute for Rural Development delivered a training course (25-29 September) for the Tajik delegation.
The implementers of the EU funded Agricultural Policy Development, Implementation and Assessment Project (policy consultancy for the Tajik Ministry of Agriculture) were keen to learn experience gained by the Institute for Rural Development and the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine in designing of sector development programmes, sectoral support provision and co-operation with other ministries and NGO’s.
The delegation included Tajik government officials from the Ministry of Agriculture, Finance Ministry, State Committee for Land Resources, Ministry of Economy and Trade as well as the Team Leader and members of the Tajikistan Agricultural Policy Development, Implementation and Assessment Project.
