The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the Concept of the State Target Advisory Service Programme for 2006 – 2009 by its Instruction N 210-р dated 20 June 2005.
Expert of the Institute for Rural Development, National Agricultural Advisory Service Association Board Member Roman Korinets took part in the elaboration of the Concept.
