Representatives of Donetskagroconsult Agricultural Advisory Service (Donetsk) participated in the 17th International Exhibition Fair ‘AGRO–2005’ that took place on 14 - 19 June in the National Complex 'Expocentre of Ukraine'.
Traditionally, there were presented recent agricultural science and education achievements, agricultural produce from all the Ukrainian regions, crop protection agents, seed samples etc. The event was hosted by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Academy of Agrarian Sciences. President of Ukraine Victor Yuschenko visited the Exhibition on the first day of its operation.
This year Exhibition was characterized by numerous outdoor grounds presenting not only traditional live stock, i.e. pigs, sheep, cattle etc., but also exotic animals, such as ostriches, minks, silver foxes etc.
Donetskagrocunsult presented their activities to potential partners and signed mutually beneficial contracts with various regional representatives. On the whole, the Exhibition contributed to improvement of opportunities for all interested in agribusiness development.
