2 September the Polezne Village Council in Velyka Mychaylivka rayon (Odesa oblast) celebrated its move to new offices.
A real ornament of the day was the Ukrainian Cuisine Festival organized by Polezne community members and Odesa Agricultural Advisory Service (the Ukraine Rural Livelihood Programme’s co-implementer) for their own village and guests – people and council heads from neighbour villages, rayon authorities and advisory service partners.
The programme also included a seminar for village council heads where IRD’s experts described new approaches to the development of rural areas.
