A water supply system is about to be launched in the village of Velykoploske, Velyka Mykhaylivka rayon in Odesa oblast.
Over 300 metres of a pipeline ditch have already been trenched, and a groundwater well is to be connected with the main part of the water system in the nearest future. Just to remind, this is the way clean water is planned to be provided for more than 200 rural households. Currently, the issue of buying equipment to “weld” polyethylene pipes is being resolved so that the water tower and water pipe are connected. This will enable start up of the first stage of the system early in 2006.
