On 13 April 2005, expert of the Institute for Rural Development Roman Korinets took part in the National Association of Agricultural Advisory Services (NAAASU) Board Meeting as its member.
The Board discussed current NAAASU activities related to the advisory network development, adviser training, cooperation with governmental agencies, NGOs and international organizations and institutions as well as the preparation of the Forth International Conference “Problems and perspectives of agricultural production diversification. The role of advisory services.”
Report on another agenda issue,“On the implementation of a NAAASU- URLP (Ukraine Rural Livelihoods Programme) joint project to disseminate URLP experience in 15 oblasts”, was made by Yury Kukharuk, URLP Ukrainian Team Leader.
The Board Meeting initiated new NAAASU members.
